Sergey Fursenko: FIFA allowed us to have two transfer windows in this championship

The president of the Russian Football Union Sergey Fursenko has declared that the current football championship of Russia to be played until May 2012 will have two transfer windows instead of one.

This time Russian championship will be longer than usual due to the transition to the «autumn-spring» season from «spring-autumn». It was reported prior to the beginning of the season that FIFA will only allow Russia to have only one period of transfers.
