Bilyaletdinov will train with Lokomotiv, Pavlyuchenko – with Spartak, Zhirkov – with Rubin Kazan
Two Russian players currently employed at English Premier League clubs will maintain their fitness ahead of Euro 2012 qualifier against Armenia at their respective former clubs. This opportunity was arranged by the national team’s coaching staff, as the English league has already played all of its matches.
Everton midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov will train with Lokomotiv Moscow team. The 26-year-old player who has spent his entire pre-Everton career at the ‘railways club’ will arrive to Moscow tomorrow. Tottenham forward Roman Pavlyuchenko will also spend next weeks at the training ground of his former club, Spartak Moscow.
Interestingly enough, according to Sport-Express, another England-based Russian, Chelsea defender Yuri Zhirkov will train with the first team of Rubin Kazan, a club he never played for or been linked to. Due to the fact that Zhirkov had decided to spend a part of his holiday visiting relatives in Kazan, national team assistant coach Alexander Borodyuk has arranged him several days of training with Rubin.
