Hamburg, Koeln, and Fulham said to be chasing Pavel Pogrebnyak

VfL Stuttgart forward Pavel Pogrebnyak is being courted by Hamburger SV, 1.FC Koeln, and Fulham FC, as Stuttgarter Zeitung reported.

According to the German newspaper, Stuttgart’s squad will undergo considerable changes this summer and it is quite probable that the Russian forward will be among those leaving the team.

However, Pogrebnyak himself said he knew nothing about the interest from the aforementioned clubs. «I have never heard about it before. All my thoughts are about the upcoming game against Tolya Timoshchuk’s Bayern Munich,» said the player as quoted by Sovetsky Sport.

This season Pogrebnyak played 25 matches in the Bundesliga scoring 8 goals.
