Christopher Samba: I won’t let the racists break me

Anzhi Makhachkala defender Christopher Samba spoke about the racists incident, which took place in Cherkizovo during the match against Lokomotiv, and his current emotional state.

“Of course it was unpleasant. But I won’t let a bunch of racists get to me. I have a strong character and I will keep fighting, helping my team,” the former Blackburn stopper insisted.

“I was very angered by that episode, but I am still enjoying my time in Russia. I don’t think that the issue of racism here is any different from any other country,” he added, cited by AP.
