Spartak goalkeeper Dikan to require surgery after collision with Kerzhakov

Spartak Moscow goalkeeper Andrey Dikan will require surgery on his face, after was diagnosed with a concussion and sustained numerous fractures of the scull in a collision with Zenit forward Alexander Kerzhakov.

According to a report in Bobsoccer.ru, the Ukrainian goalie is still in hospital and will remain there for the next few days.
