Dmitry Bulykin: The decision about extending my contract with Ajax will wait till April

Ajax striker Dmitry Bulykin in an interview to Bobsoccer.ru answered a few questions about his recent injury and his future at the Dutch club.

«I am recovering well, thank you. I will return to full-time training on Friday.»

«To be honest, I didn’t expect Lokomotiv to go out. I didn’t see the match in Bilbao, but I heard that my former team was very unlucky.»

«Is it true that at the end of the season you will hold talks with the Dutch club about extending your stay in Amsterdam?»

«Yes, my current deal is one year long with an option to extend for another season. In April we will decide if this clause is to be applied.»

«Do you intend to watch the Denmark-Russia international friendly?»

«That is a strange question to ask a Russian footballer. Of course I will watch the match. I will support my country despite the fact that my teammate Christian Eriksen will be on the opposing side.»
