Serbian striker Ognjen Koroman may be sentenced to 8 years in prison for assault
Serbian forward Ognjen Koroman, formerly of Portsmouth and Dynamo Moscow, will appear in court in connection with alleged assault on another footballer, which happened 3 years ago.
During the incident the 33-year-old, who also played for Krylia Sovetov and Terek Grozny in the past, punched Hajduk player Dushko Dukic, who then fell down the stairs and was diagnosed with a concussion and a sprained ankle.
If found guilty, the former Yugoslavia international can face up to 8 years in prison, Novosti.rs informs its readers.
