Jose Mourinho: I won’t quit if we lose to CSKA

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho commented on his team’s upcoming battle with CSKA Moscow over a place in the Champions League quarterfinals.

«Football always brings us surprises, and either side could win this clash. We have to be careful, the Russians are well prepared, the defend well and have some quality players in the attack. That is what I have been telling my players.»

«Even in Russia people think it would take a miracle for CSKA to succeed. Would you quit if it happened?»

«Thee are no miracles in football, but there are suprises. If CSKA play well and we play badly, this could be a surprise. But I try to stay optimistic, we do not fear anyone and are well prepared. As for my resignation… My future does not depend on the outcome of this game,» the former Chelsea boss told Sport-Express.
