Peter Odemwingie: Arshavin won’t be leaving England any time soon

West Brom’s hat-trick hero in the Premier League game against Wolves spoke about Andrey Arshavin’s future in the English league.

«In the latest fixture Arshavin made a brilliant assist. He can create a goal for his team in a matter of minutes. I can see that he is struggling to get into the first team, but his situation is different to that of Bilyaletdinov or Pavlyuchenko,» the former Lokomotiv striker, who holds a Russian citizenship, told Sovetsky sport.

«Even though he doesn’t play in every match, you can tell that the coach still values him and they don’t want to let him go. I think that eventually Arshavin will make the decision to return to Russia, but it won’t be any time soon,» he added.
