Natalie Pechalat: Tensions between Zhulin and Russian association started growing long ago

French figure skater Natalie Pechalat has revealed that the split between the Russian coach Alexander Zhulin and the ice dancing pair of Natalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat had been caused by the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKR).

«The tensions between Sasha and FFKR have started to grow in the middle of the season. The officials have been disappointed with the fact that a French pair is above the Russian ones. Zhulin has told us that there may be changes at the end of the season», said Pechalat as quoted by AFP.
