Detroit Red Wings centre Pavel Datsyuk the star of NHLPA player poll
Russian star Pavel Datsyuk was voted the winner in six out 25 categories of the 2010-11 NHL player poll.
The Detroit Red Wings centre was named the smartest and the cleanest player in the league, as well as the hardest to take the puck from.
He also led in other categories, including the hardest player to compete with, the most difficult forward to face and his shots were the hardest to block, according to the goaltenders.
Overall, 257 players (more than one-third of NHL) participated in the poll with a total of 28 questions in five categories: skills, team and players, opinions, coaches, arenas and on-ice topics.
