Pletikosa’s agent: Stipe will stay with Rostov

Marko Naletilic, the agent of Rostov goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa, has stated that his client will stay with the club in spite of the alleged signing of another goalie.

«Pletikosa has no intention to leave the club. We weren’t told that he would lose a starting place. Of course Pletikosa isn’t going to sit on the bench. He hopes to be the first-choice keeper and prepare for Euro 2012. Stipe is considered a key player at Rostov. Thus I don’t see any problems over his future. Rostov are not going to put him on the transfer list,» Naletilic said as quoted by Sport-Express.
