Mallorca’s Jonathan de Guzman refuses a move to Rubin Kazan

Mallorca midfielder Jonathan de Guzman has refused to join Rubin Kazan, according to Diario de Mallorca.

As Sports.ru already reported, the clubs had reached agreement of the Dutchman’s transfer and the Russian club only had had to settle the contract terms with the player. The amount of the possible transaction was estimated to be around €8.5 million, while Rubin were ready to pay de Guzman more than €3 million per year.

Villarreal are now reportedly ready to make a move for the the Dutchman.
