AEK forward Ismael Blanco has offer from Russia

AEK Athens forward Ismael Blanco has revealed that he does not want to come back to Argentina and considers a move to Russia among other options.

«I do not want to go back to the Argentinian championship. My objective is to play abroad. I have offers from Turkey, Russia, and Saudi Arabia», Blanco stated according to Ole.

It’s worth noting that there have been earlier reports about Blanco being courted by Lokomotiv Moscow, but the Argentinean is believed to have refused the Russian offer for personal reasons: his wife is pregnant and the child is expected in the summer. However, it’s not ruled out that the player and Lokomotiv will now resume their negotiations.
