Olga Smorodskaya: There is always something amiss with Anzhi
Lokomotiv president Olga Smorodskaya commented on the episode in the Anzhi game, when a banana was allegedly thrown from the crowd at Christopher Samba.
«Tell me, did you see that banana? We spent all night looking at the video footage, but couldn’t see anything. Of course, we will cooperate with the RPL investigation team fully, so hopefully everything will be sorted,» Smorodskaya told Sport-Express.
«We are against racism and are leading a battle against it, but we are surprised that this happened during Anzhi’s visit – there is always something amiss with them, it seems. We played Kuban recently, they have some black players, but no one threw anything at them. Do I think it was a setup? I can’t say anything for sure, but it is certainly one of the versions,» the Railwaymen chief added.
