Joaquin Caparros denies Spartak Moscow link

Spanish coach Joaquin Caparros has revealed that he doesn’t hold any talks with Spartak Moscow, despite recent reports alleging that he would become the new head coach of the Russian team.

«There was no offer from Spartak. It’s a great club, but no represenatives of Spartak have ever contacted me. Karpin? He did not call me, though we know each other quite well. I would gladly consider an offer from Russia», stated Caparros according to Sovetsky Sport.
