During its training tour in Great Britain, the final one before the World Cup, the Russian team will play two more test matches – with the Welsh club Ospreys (August 21) and England’s Gloucester (August 26). The first test match of the tour ended with Russia’s defeat 19:54 (12:26) at the hands of Northampton.

During the World Cup, Russia will play against the USA, Italy, Ireland, and Australia.
