OHC Dynamo Moscow goaltender Michael Garnett has left the club for another KHL team Traktor Chelyabinsk. The player has announced this himself on his Facebook page. The contract has been signed for two years.
This season the 28-year-old goalie has won 17 out of 34 regular games with a goals against average rate of 2.24 and a save percentage of 91.6. In the play-offs he won 2 games out of 6, with a GAA of 2.33 and save percentage of 89.4.
Next season will be Garnett’s fifth season in Russia. His first club was Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, from there he moved to HC MVD, which later merged with Dynamo.
