Brueckler sets KHL goalkeepers assists record

Sibir Novosibirsk Austrian goaltender Bernd Brueckler has made his fourth assist of the season in the game against Dynamo Minsk (5:2), the club’s official website reported.

Thus the goalkeeper set a new KHL record for assists made by goalkeepers. Robert Esche (SKA St. Petersburg) and Nolan Schaeffer (CSKA Moscow) had earlier made three assists each in 2009-10 season.
