Russian billionaire keen to buy share in AS Monaco
Russian businessman Dmitry Rybolovlev may soon become one of the investors of AS Monaco.
According to Albert II, the ruling prince of Monaco, Rybolovlev, who has been living in the principality for some time already, may invest up to 200 million euro during the nearest transfer window. The coaching staff can also be reshuffled. For example, Yuri Djorkaeff, world champion in 1998, can become the president’s adviser.
«We will soon discuss the investment with the club’s management,» Albert II said as quoted by Nice Matin newspaper.
As of now, Monaco are the bottom club in the 2nd division of the French championship.
