This restructure is needed. I think one of the best football system is the german one. It is the world’s biggest football association, and it produces a lot of young talents every year. Leroy Sane is one example of it, but there are so much talent in the first and second Bundesliga.
I hope, for the good of European football, that Germany recovers its normal level which we all know. A draw against Serbia is not a good result, but all restructure needs time.
