Niclas Bergfors: I’ll sign a contract with Ak Bars until the end of the season

Swedish forward Niclas Bergfors, who is expected to sign a contract with KHL’s Ak Bars Kazan, explained why he decided to move to Russia.

«The contract hasn’t been signed yet. The terms that the club offers suit me, but I still have to pass a medical examination. The agreement will be effective until the end of the season.

«The Russian league is the second strongest after the NHL, so I decided to try myself here,» Bergfors said as quoted by RIA Novosti.
