Antti Miettinen may join Ak Bars Kazan

Minnesota Wild forward Antti Miettinen may move to the KHL club Ak Bars Kazan.

According to The Star-Tribune, who quote the player’s agent Bill Zito, the parties have already signed a contract a month ago.

However, Ak Bars vice-president Ravil Shavaleyev denied this information saying no official papers have been signed as of today. «We haven’t signed anything with Miettinen yet. Yes, he is one of the players we are interested in, but the decision is still to be made,» stated Shavaleyev according to Sovetsky Sport.
