Atlant Mytishchi also try to sign Jaromir Jagr

Representatives of Atlant are going to hold talks with forward Jaromir Jagr in the near future, reported Sport-Express. According to the newspaper, the Czech player is considered as a replacement to Sergey Mozyakin who left Atlant for Metallurg Magnitogorsk several weeks ago.

However, Jagr’s agent Jaroslav Zidek said yesterday that the player considers offers from only two clubs – SKA St. Petersburg and Omsk.

At the same time, after yesterday’s signing of contract with Patrick Thoresen the St. Petersburg club now have five foreign players – a maximum allowed by the regulations of the KHL.

Last season Jagr scored 50 (19 +31) points in 49 regular matches and 9 (2 +7) points in 14 play-off games, playing for Avangard Omsk.
