Marek Suchy: I was close to Glasgow Rangers

Spartak Moscow defender Marek Suchy has revealed his failed Glasgow Rangers move.

«In 2011, I nearly joined Glasgow Rangers. At some point I was sure the move to Scotland would take place. That would have been an interesting experience. But the Scottish club turned to another player and the talks fell through. However, I wasn’t disappointed. Since then I have returned to first team action at Spartak,» said Suchy as quoted by Czech source Nova.
