Hi Lyuba! How are you? I’ve heard that you just came back to Russia from Spain ^_* What a nice vacation)) I think you are in a good mood now)) If so, I’ll also be happy for you! Lyuba, could you keep writing something here? Because for the moment, it’s almost the only way for us to know about you... Every time you update your blog, we feel excited. Lyuba, during these ten years, watching your matches is just like reading a wonderful book. No matter we turn to which page and begin to read it from which paragraph, we can never resist its charm. Id like to say: the Olympic is just a stage; honors are decorations, while its you who play the real roles. Is there any feedback better than winning the deep love of your readers? The Russian national anthem is the only foreign national anthem that I can identify))) Because of you, I understand the real meaning of tolerance and justice. Because of you, I begin to appreciate the performance of foreign athletes, even sometimes to be moved and to cheer for our opponents. Lyuba, you are a great winner! Youve won countless fans from all over the world for the Russian womens volleyball team. Im sure that one day in the future, the Russian team will get the Olympic gold medals. At that moment, if you are there, Ill congratulate you with tears in my eyes; if not, Ill still recall your figure in my mind with best wishes to you The summer of 2008 comes to an end. China has waited for 100 years in order to hold an Olympic, and tonight, well see the closing ceremony. Lyuba, thank you for having come to China! Lyuba, take care of you. After all, it was just a match. No matter how important the result could be, nothing has really been changed and nothing will change our life Lyuba, you have a nice family, especially a lovely son, and you also have us, your loyal fans from all over the world:) Whats the real meaning of gold medal? If it will be a proof, youve already proved your desire to fight for your motherland because you are here today; if it will be a memory, weve already memorized the years youve spent with us because youve brought us so much happiness and surprises with your warm smiles Because of you, I begin to love the Russian team, the Russian language, and to have a special good impression of Russian people. You are a great miracle in my life! Lyuba, we still love you, and we will love you forever. We are yours! Will you continue to update your blog after the Olympic games so as to let us know something new about you when you have some free time?
Dear Lyuba, I can feel what you feel now. Im extremely depressed but I hold my tears back. Here I have a story to tell you. Zhou Suhong (No.7 of the Chinese team) played well in todays match. Her husband is a former wonderful volleyball player of the Chinese mens national team. Last year, the team was invited to play some friendly matches in Russia. But unfortunately, he was once seriously injured in training. He was then sent back to China. When he woke up, he found that he could not stand up, not to mention to continue his volleyball career. Doctors say: Perhaps he will be paralyzed for all his rest life. He is only 26 years old. Up till now, he was still in hospital. Before the Olympic games, he said to Zhou Suhong: I cant guarantee to you that I can stand up one day. But I can guarantee to you that I will keep doing my recovering training everyday. Thats why Zhou Suhong says: My Olympic belongs to two persons. She wants to realize her dream as well as the dream of her husband. And today, she got a victory. Im not so sad now. After all, it was just a match. No matter how important the result could be, nothing has really been changed and nothing will change our life Lyuba, you have a nice family, especially a lovely son, and you also have us, your loyal fans from all over the world. If you leave the national team, perhaps we wont watch their games any more We are only yours! Lyuba, will you continue to update your blog after the Olympic games so as to let us know something new about you when you have some free time?

Lyuba, do you remember the day you got qualified for the Olympic games after a tough match against Poland with a 3:2? I still keep your photos of that day in my computer. You were so happy to get the super big Olympic Ticket and held it up high with your teammates, you left your autographs on a T-shirt and you cheered together with champagne How I wish the time stopped at that exciting moment! It was a hard but satisfying beginning. I believe that our Russian girls wont waste this great opportunity gained by all your efforts. No matter who the opponents could be, Im sure that you will cherish every point and fight to the end! I support you forever!! Chinese people love you~~~ You may feel at home:)
Счастливого Рождества!!! Merry Christmas^^ We love you forever:)
