ФИФА проведет тщательное расследование трагедии, которая случилась во время отборочного матча ЧМ-2010 между сборными Кот ДИвуара и Малави (5:0) 28 марта. Напомним, что 22 болельщика погибли, когда во время игры на стадионе обрушилась одна из стен.
ФИФА рассчитывает опросить о случившемся членов Федерации футбола Кот ДИвуара, сотрудников местной полиции и очевидцев событий.
«Наша цель восстановить цепь события, которые произошли до и во время игры. Если есть проблемы с безопасностью, дальнейшее проведение матчей на арене должно быть отложено», цитирует представителя ФИФА BBC.
