Spartak’s Emenike fined €10,000 and given conditional season ban

Spartak Moscow striker Emmanuel Emenike has received a conditional suspension for the rest of the season and a fine worth €10000 for his behaviour in the RPL victory of Dynamo Moscow last week.

The sanctions follow Emenike’s middle-finger gestures aimed towards the dynamo fans, who taunted him throughout the game.

Because the ban is conditional, the Nigerian will be able to face Zenit this weekend, Sport-Express informs its readers.
