Christian Noboa: I am ready to become a Russian citizen

Dynamo Moscow newcomer Christian Noboa revealed he is close to getting a Russian passport after spending five years in Kazan.

The Ecuadorian, who moved from rivals Rubin this winter, has a Russian spouse and intends to file the application to receive Russian citizenship.

«I am ready to become a citizen of Russia, being married to a Russian I have a right to apply. We are filling in the paperwork at the moment and then we’ll wait for the answer,» the Ecuador international told Sportbox.ru.
