Luciano Spalletti insists Anzhi’s funds can tempt Capello

Zenit boss Luciano Spalletti claimed that Anzhi owner Suleyman Kerimov has the ability to persuade former England coach Fabio Capello to come to Makhachkala.

«I know the power of owner Suleyman Kerimov,» the former Udinese and Roma tactician noted. I am sure he will convince Capello to take over at Anzhi. How will he do it? By buying every great player that he asks for. Anzhi are not only Eto’o as there are other players of great value,» Spalletti argued.

«The foundations of a real international operation are already there. Capello is a great Coach and he will help the club go to the next level. In the last two seasons, Kerimov has signed 11-12 players,» the former Roma manager added.
