Roman Pavlyuchenko: 45 minutes of playing time is a luxury to me

Lokomotiv Moscow forward Roman Pavlyuchenko shared his first impressions of training with Lokomotiv in an interview to Sport-Express.

«To be brief: I am amazed. If I am completely honest, it’s not easy – I haven’t played for a while, plus it’s my second preseason in six months. But it’s only going to benefit me: we’ve done some quality work and nothing is done in vain,» said the former Tottenham striker.

«I am ready for the work in principle, but if you just train without playing, you lose your rhythm, and that is exactly what I felt in our first training match. In any case, I haven’t spent 45 minutes on the pitch for a while, so it was a pleasure for me.»
