Balazs Dzsudzsak: I chose Dynamo to play in the Europa League or in the Champions League

Hungarian midfielder Balazs Dzsudzsak has commented on his move to Dynamo Moscow.

«The meeting with Dynamo board was just a formality. All the details had been agreed before. We have officially signed a four-year deal. I’m happy. I think the move to Dynamo is a step forward for me. I’m proud to be at such a great club with a rich history,» Dzsudzsak said

as quoted by the official website of the Hungarian football federation.

Dzsudzsak also explained the reason behind his choice of Dynamo Moscow and made a comparison between the Eredivisie and the Russian Premier League.

«Dynamo must fight for the first or second place. As for me, I’d like to play in the Europa League or in the Champions League, so I made my choice in favor of Dynamo.»

Could you compare the Russian and the Dutch championships?

«Sure, the Russian Premier League is way better than the Eredivisie. There are many young talents in the Eredivisie who try to prove themselves, while in the Russian Premier League players are more established and experienced on the whole. Unfortunately, I haven’t shown my true worth so far. Right after the move to Anzhi I got injured and the year ended in no time. But I expect to really prove myself at Dynamo,» the player said as quoted by the club’s official website.
