Euro 2012 group draw: Russia to play Poland, Greece, and Czech Republic
The draw of Euro 2012 group stage took place today in Kyiv. The groups were drawn as follows:
Group А: Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Russia.
Group B: Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Germany.
Group C: Spain, Italy, Ireland, Croatia.
Group D: Ukraine, Sweden, France, England.
Schedule of Russia’s games in group stage:
June 8. Russia – Czech Republic:
June 12. Russia – Poland
June 16. Russia – Greece.
All matches in Group A will be held in Poland.
The two teams that qualify from Group A into the play-offs will face teams from Group B, featuring Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, and Denmark.
