Bocchetti’s agent: Rubin’s new president refused to sell Salvatore to Juventus

Rubin Italian defender Salvatore Bocchetti’s agent Andrea D’Amico explained the reasons behind the failure of 24-year old player transfer to Turin Juventus.

«There was a change of president at Rubin. The new club’s head didn’t want to let Bocchetti out to Juventus,» La Gazzetta dello Sport quoted D’Amico as saying.

It’s worth noting that Rubin president Aleksandr Gusev was dismissed on August 30 by a decree of Rustam Minnikhanov, president of Tatarstan and was replaced by Dmitry Samarenkin, ex-president of Russian bandy champions Dynamo Kazan.
