Luciano Spaletti: We still need two or three more players

After a goalless draw with Terez Grozny (0:0) Zenit St. Petersburg head coach Luciano Spaletti confessed that the team still lacks players of the high level.

«We decided to extend the line up already last year. Two or three additional players are needed. We must increase the level of our line up and the quality of the game we show.»

At the same time, Igor Korneev, Zenit sports director, may leave the team already in autumn. His contract expires on January 1, and it is said that he is loosing powers in the club. Some sources admit that Domenico Criscito’s transfer was arranged without his active participation. According to Soviet Sport, another manager is going to arrange Zenit’s transfer company this summer.
