Russian driver turns to public for Formula 1 sponsorship for 2012 season

Renault World Series champion Mikhail Aleshin announced the beginning of the fundraising campaign aimed to collect the amount of money he needs to take part in international competitions during the 2012 season.

Aleshin’s press service launched a campaign named People’s Driver, urging the Russians to help pay for his participation in Formula 1 or any other international racing series in 2012.

The organizers promised to place the names of the top ten donators on the board of Aleshin’s car.
