Reports: Abramovic set to offer Chelsea job to Didier Deschamps
According to reports in the English press, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic is eyeing Marseille boss Didier Deschamps as the main candidate to become the next Chelsea manager.
The Russian billionaire held preliminary talks with the Frenchman in London this week, a report in the Daily Telegraph claims.
The former French international, who used to play for Chelsea, may replace the caretaker coach Roberto di Matteo at Stamford Bridge, as Abramovic is not willing to leave the Italian at the helm for the next season.
