Anzhi striker Eto’o calls off the lawsuit against Barcelona

Anzhi Makhachkala star Samuel Eto’o decided to stop the legal proceedings against former club Barcelona after the court rejected his latest demands.

The Cameroonian striker sued the Catalan giants for €3 million, insisting that the club owed him 15% of the transfer fee paid to them by Inter Milan.

In 2010 the court rejected the Anzhi striker’s first claim and now he decided not to pursue the matter further, Barcelona’s official website informs its readers.
