Reports: A new club from Sochi might join the KHL

According to the report on the Russian website Sportbox.ru, a new hockey club based in Sochi could soon join the KHL.

The new outfit, which is yet to be given a name, will be based in the Olympic arena in Sochi, which will host the Winter Olympics in 2014.

Earlier the were reports that two foreign sides – Slovan Bratislava and HK Poprad – expressed an interest in joining the continental league.
