Spartak Nalchik fans call for Krasnozhan reappointment

The fans of Spartak Nalchik have called for the reappointment of Yury Krasnozhan as manager in an open letter to the club.

In the letter, published on Nalchik fansite, the supporters asked that current coach Anzor Belimgotov be relieved of his duties with immediate effect and Krasnozhan, who recently left Anzhi Makhachkala, be offered a contract with the Russian club.

In the case of his reappointment, the fans wish Krasnozhan to gather a round table with their representatives, as well as the leading players and shareholders to hold a discussion over the club’s future.

Krasnozhan left Nalchik in 2010 for Lokomotiv Moscow, but was sacked a year later in controversial circumstances, despite achieving some good results with the club. He was then appointed as head coach of Anzhi, but was once again dismissed merely two months after taking over.
