Guus Hiddink officially unveiled as Anzhi’s new manager and vice-president

Dutch manager Guus Hiddink has been appointed as Anzhi Makhachkala’s new head coach. The former Turkey coach will also be the club’s new vice-president.

As stated on Anzhi’s official website, they signed a one-and-a-half year contract with the Dutchman. Some reports suggest his annual salary at the club may reach €10 million.

According to Sovetsky sport, his assistants at the club will be his former collegues in the Russia national team, Igor Korneev and Aleksandr Borodyuk.
