Football Italia: Capello will take over Anzhi

Former England manager Fabio Capello has agreed to become the next Anzhi Makhachkala boss, Football Italia claims.

The Italian specialist, who quit the England national team this week after a falling out with the FA, has suggested previously that he is not interested in a return to Seria A.

Early today it appeared that Anzhi had parted company with their current manager Yury Krasnozhan, though the club’s vice-president later denied it in an interview to Sports.ru.
