19-year-old midfielder of Fluminense Wellington Nem declined an offer from CSKA Moscow, Globo Esporte reported.

According to the source, the Russians were willing to pay some €4.5 million for the player.

«I received an offer from CSKA Moscow recently. But I decided to stay here eventually. In 2012, I’ll play for Fluminense. It is too early for me to leave my home country. I think I need to stay in Brazil for two more seasons,» Wellington said.
