Ak Bars release Antti Miettinen

KHL’s Ak Bars Kazan have canceled the contract with their Finnish forward Antti Miettinen by mutual agreement, the club’s official website reported.

This season the 31-year-old player chalked up 8 (2+6) points in 20 regular season games.

Last season Miettinen played for the Minnesota Wild, having scored 35 (16+19) points in 73 games.
