Anderlecht’s Jonathan Legear signs three-year contract with Terek Grozny

Terek Grozny signed a contract with Anderlecht midfielder Jonathan Legear who passed the medical examination in the Russian club the day before. The term of the agreement is three years, according to Sport-Express.

«He is a versatile player who can help us a lot. Despite the fact that he didn’t play very well in the few last matches, we believe that his signing will make our attack more dangerous and mobile,» vice-president of Grozny club Khaidar Alkhanov stated.

According to the preliminary information, Legear’s transfer cost Terek €5m.

Legear played 23 matches and scored 5 goals in the Belgian Pro League last season.

It is worth mentioning that Dynamo, Zenit, Lokomotiv, and Spartak Moscow had earlier been linked to Legear.
